We request you to carefully check the package delivered and shall not accept deliveries where the packaging has been tampered with. If you believe the package has been tampered with, do not accept the parcel and immediately inform us with required proof such as photos or videos (“Return Request”). Within 1 business day of the package being returned and the request approved, INDOMAL shall arrange re-delivery or pickup at no cost. Frivolous requests may result in blocking or blacklisting of the user.

Upon signing the delivery receipt, you acknowledge receipt of the Delivered Gold Coin. INDOMAL shall not be liable for any refund or replacement for complaints raised thereafter.

Upon receipt of the Delivery Request, the Digital Gold Account shall be debited for the Delivered Gold Coin.

You must be available at the delivery address. If unavailable, one re-attempt will be made. If returned, the Digital Gold Account will be credited after deducting applicable charges, provided packaging is untampered. Re-delivery charges will be borne by you.

In case of delivery failure due to a Force Majeure event, INDOMAL may require alternate delivery modes, and additional charges will be borne by you.

If delivery of gold below the Threshold Quantity is not possible, the gold will be sold at platform prices and proceeds credited to your bank account. INDOMAL is not responsible for incorrect bank details.

INDOMAL reserves the right to reject any request not compliant with these terms.

Gold Coins cannot be pledged and Digital Gold Accounts are non-transferable except as permitted. In case of death, transfer to legal heirs is subject to due diligence and nominee details.

Product images are indicative. Size variations may occur due to screen settings and photography techniques.

Pricing errors due to technical issues may be corrected at INDOMAL’s discretion. Orders based on incorrect prices may be rejected.

Prices are fixed, non-negotiable, and subject to change without prior notice.

Returned gold grams will be re-credited to the online locker within 3 business days. Refunds are processed within 3 working days and credited within 7 working days.

Customers may cancel delivery requests before the package is out for delivery.

In case of order rejection, payments received will be refunded to the linked bank account as per platform terms.
